Help Babies Sleep! Dribbles, Drool, & Sweat: Wicked Sheets help you sleep cool and dry

Alli Truttmann, founder and CEO of Wicked Sheets, is on a mission to help sleepers of all ages and stages sleep cool, dry, and uninterrupted. Wicked Sheets began with a simple idea: to address Alli’s own problem of night sweats. She was fed up with waking up to that “wet the bed” feeling every night. Now, Wicked Sheets (and Wicked Little Sleepers) help babies sleep (Moms, too!).

As a former collegiate athlete and personal trainer, Alli had been convinced that her condition was only temporary due to her high-intensity training regimen. However, once her days as an athlete and trainer came to an end, she realized that it was anything but temporary, as the sweating continued with the same intensity. What Alli discovered is that she suffers from hyperhidrosis – a condition of excessive sweating that affects nearly 5% of the global population. The kicker? Babies are some of the heaviest sweaters. Alli wants to help babies sleep.

What’s so wicked about these sheets?

In 2008, Alli realized that the answer to her problem was literally at her fingertips – the advanced moisture-wicking fabric of the athletic apparel she had worn for years as an active woman who sweats – a lot. The idea for Wicked Sheets was sparked at a holiday family gathering when Alli’s cousin asked her for advice on coping with the night sweats she was experiencing during pregnancy. Alli jokingly suggested that she cut up her husband’s moisture-wicking golf shirts and sew them together to make bedding that would keep her dry throughout the night. She quickly realized that this was a solution worth pursuing.

Alli’s idea blossomed into something wicked. She selected the name Wicked Sheets for her innovative line of bedding, with wicked alluding not only to the products’ ability to wick moisture away from the skin, but also to the wonderful and deeply satisfying comfort they provide. With Alli’s unwavering dedication to providing comfort sleep solutions for those suffering from night sweats and hot flashes, and the tremendous feedback they received from their devoted customers, they are proud to offer the innovative performance and exquisite comfort exclusive to Wicked Sheets.

Wicked Little Sleepers help babies sleep dry & uninterrupted

Once Wicked Sheets received market validation from sweaty sleepers who found themselves facing conditions like pregnancy, menopause, anxiety, cancer, or as a side effect of medication, they branched out and started helping sleepers of the smallest size stay cool and dry. In 2016, Alli, with the help of her “new mom” friends, began designing what is now referred to as Wicked Little Sleepers; a moisture-wicking and cooling product line for the dribbles, drool, and spit up that inevitably occurs in the crib.

Wicked Little Sleepers products have the same wicking ability as the adult line but offer different patterns, as well as pint-sized products like crib sheets, mini crib sheets, Pack ‘n Play replacement sheets, and even “C” pregnancy pillow case covers to keep both mom and baby cool and dry during sleep, breastfeeding, or snuggle time. We want to help babies sleep.
