We ship most orders within the U.S. via UPS for delivery within 3-7 business days. Stocked items are shipped within 48 hours of order placement. Custom orders require an additional 2 weeks for fulfillment and delivery. All orders will be delivered without a signature required. You can request that a signature be required for delivery by indicating this preference in the Special Delivery Instructions section of our checkout page.

Alaska and Hawaii
Most items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail Service for a flat rate of $26.50 with delivery guaranteed within 6-10 business days.
International Orders and Canada
All bed sheet sets shipped internationally are sent via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail Service for a flat rate of $45.00 with delivery guaranteed within 6-10 business days and guaranteed expedited customs clearance. Individual items, such as pillow cases, incur a flat rate shipping cost of $8.00 per item. Free shipping does not apply to international shipments. Wicked Sheets is not responsible for paying any additional duties or taxes that are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination.

To place a custom order, call 1-855-594-2533 or e-mail email@example.com, and a sales representative will process your order and payment. Custom orders are fulfilled and shipped upon order, and cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placement of the order. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages.
