Shipping
Shipping is free for all orders which are shipped within the contiguous United States and over $25.00. Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail Service for a flat rate of $26.50 with delivery guaranteed within 6-10 business days.
Delivery Services
We ship most orders within the United States for delivery within 2-5 business days. Custom orders require an additional 2 weeks for fulfillment and delivery. All orders will be delivered without a signature required. You can request that a signature be required for delivery by indicating this preference in the Order Notes section of our Checkout page.
International Orders and Canada
All bed sheet sets shipped internationally are sent via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail Service for a flat rate of $45.00 with delivery guaranteed within 6-10 business days and guaranteed expedited customs clearance. Individual items, such as pillowcases, incur a flat rate shipping cost of $8.00 per item. Free shipping does not apply to international shipments. Wicked Sheets is not responsible for paying any additional duties or taxes that are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination.
Placing an Order or Contacting Our Customer Service

Your call will be returned within 48 hours between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. EST. You may also contact us by e-mailing info@wickedsheets.com with any questions or feedback, and a representative will contact you within 48 hours.
Custom Orders
To place a custom order, call 1-855-594-2533 or e-mail info@wickedsheets.com, and a sales representative will process your order and payment. Custom orders are fulfilled and shipped upon order, and cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placement of the order. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages.
